Stephanie and Steve Weber founded Artful Décor in 2000. They brought with them a previous  13 year career of Art Consulting and Training.  The Webers sought to establish their own company dedicated to creating artful solutions for any project. Their vision is to create a company that is relevant in today's world of design:  Healing environments for health care facilities with evidence-based design, communicating corporate core values and mission statement for businesses and developing theme specific art plans for hospitality.

Stephanie Weber graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in Design and an AA in Design from FIT in New York, NY. Steve's background in sales and marketing brings leadership in growing strong teams and expertise in sales and operations management to Artful Decor.
